**Megan's Cleaning Service No Refund Policy**
Please carefully read our no refund policy:
1. **Final Sale**: All cleaning service bookings are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any services rendered.
2. **Service Satisfaction**: If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of the cleaning. We will address your concerns and may offer a complimentary re-cleaning at our discretion.
3. **Cancellation Policy**: Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 12 hours prior to the scheduled service will incur a fee equal to $50
4. **Exceptions**: Any exceptions to this policy will be at the sole discretion of management.
