Do you typically come in teams or individually?
We strive to bring the best quality to our service, so you are fully satisfied with your home after we clean it.
In order to maintain safety in your home and with our team, we typically send out our cleaning assistants in twos or threes until we have experience cleaning your home, the assistant feels confident they can do the job effectively on their own, and we have a rotating clean each week, every two or three weeks, once a month, or as needed!
We have found that working in teams with each clean allows our company to clean more areas, better detail those areas, and reduces the stress during the job for our cleaning assistants.
What areas do we service?
We service most of Wake County and the surrounding borders. Apex, Cary, Fuquay Varina, Garner, Holly Springs, Knightdale, Morrisville, Wake Forest.
Do we bring our own supplies?
Yes! We bring all supplies needed in order to efficiently clean your home. If there is a specific product you would like us to use please let a supervisor or our office aware of this to ensure our cleaning techs have been trained on this product and understands any risk factors.
Are tips required?
Tips are never required, but always appreciated for a job well done. If you would like to tip your cleaners you may do so with either cash or by adding it into your bill that will be sent to the cleaners on the same day as payment!
Do I need to have my animals put away?
We love animals and they are the highlight of most of our cleans, however we kindly ask if your pet is not friendly or tends to get in the way while cleaning so that you have them securely locked away for the safety of our cleaners.
Do I need to be home or away while my home is being serviced?
Depending on your cleaning we may have certain questions that may come up during a cleaning, we ask if you are not home that you are accessible by phone in case any questions or concerns arise.
How can clients prepare for a cleaning?
In order to provide the highest quality cleaning and keep cleaning cost reasonable, we ask that they provide a clutter-free home by picking up clothes, toys, and minimizing items on the countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms. If excess clutter is present, we do our best to clean around these areas. If they do not have time to declutter, please let us know and we will be happy to allow extra time and upgrade the service to allow for pickup and decluttering.
During the summer, warmer temperatures heat up most homes. For the safety of our employees, we request that you set the temperature in your home to 75 degrees or cooler the day of your cleaning. If you would like our employees to adjust the temperature or turn it off before leaving, please leave a note on the kitchen counter
